- We are pleased to announce that our dining room is now OPEN at LOS GALLOS, at 100% effective 3-10-2021 per Governor Abbott’s order! We continue to be dedicated and committed to upholding the highest of standards in food, service, and safety to our customers and employees, in response to the unfortunate outbreak of COVID-19. Beginning Wednesday, 3-10, customers will no longer be required to wear masks, though we strongly encourage everyone to continue to follow all recommendations from public health officials – including wearing a mask and physical distancing – to protect yourself and others while in the restaurant.
